Prorad is
manufactured by one of the largest panel radiator producers in
Europe so you can be assured that what you are buying is a
topquality product made by a company with many, many years of
experience. This is a fantastic radiator and comes fitted with The
reason the radiators have a 10 year warranty is because they are
given a Zinc Phosphate coating begore they are undercoated, then top
coated using a using a tough impact resistant powder coating. The
radiators are then pressure tested to 13 Bar of pressure to ensure
they have no leaks and can fit into any central heating system. The
Panel radiators provide high heating efficiency with its wide
convector area and optimum pitch width.
The radiators
come in both single Type 11, double type 21 and 22 designs in a
large range of lengths and heights. See table below for range

30kg will be sent by pallet Carrier. The price quoted covers deliveries
to Mainland UK only as far North as Glasgow/Edingurgh. For deliveries
further north than this or to any of the Uk Islands please call us for a
quote.   

On rare occasion whereby an attempted
delivery fails and the courier returns the items back to us,

return delivery and re delivery charge of £10 
will apply, which

you will have to pay before we can resend the items

We strongly advises you not to book your installers or engage in any
preparatory work until full receipt of your goods.

ensure you supply a contact telephone number so if there is any delivery
issues  our carriers can

Please Note

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be
responsible for them. We will only deliver to the address on the order
and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of
receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall

Payment should be made in full at the time
of buying. Items

will only be despatched once full payment has cleared into our account.

 

 
 
 

 Damages  

 

 
Please ensure you check all goods at the
point of receipt before signing for them for any damage. If the product
is damaged do not accept delivery.

Any claim of damages after the package
has been signed for

will not be accepted as the carrier companies insurance policy will not
cover damaged goods once accepted and signed for. Goods signed as “goods
not checked” will also not be accepted by the insurance
company. 

If you find the product damaged when the
carrier is trying to deliver. Inform us immediately and we

will arrange a replacement for
you ASAP.

Claims after this period cannot be accepted as the transit insurance
will have expired

Items MUST BE CHECKED prior to signing any delivery notes.

 

 
 
 

 Returns  

 

 
Should you wish to return your order for
any reason please note that we must be notified by email within 7 days
of

delivery. The goods must be returned in the original condition and must
not have been fitted. Any goods that has packaging damaged, or has been
installed, or is
not in a resaleable Condition will not be
accepted for returns.

Please note that

if you wish to return an
item for a refund or an exchange then

all returns are the responsibility of the buyer and we will not refund
the cost of the initial delivery
cost,
or the cost of returning the item
to us. We
strongly suggest you return the item using
a trackable and insured means. All customers are responsible for paying the cost of postage for any return products.

If when we send
the order out to you it
arrives damaged or is incorrect then we will replace it for you free of
charge.
